What is the shooshoos return/exchange policy?
Shooshoos take pride in the quality of their shoes. If you bought your shoes from our web site, we will be happy to exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt. If you bought from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance. We can only accept exchanges for orders bought through our web site. If you have any questions please contact us at kelly@shooshoos.com before sending the items back.
 

 

How to exchange your shooshoos online purchase:
If you need to exchange an item, please send it back to our warehouse. The item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the pair in the same size and style at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items.

Include:
1. A copy of your receipt OR pertinent information (your name, address & phone number)
2. Notation of your request for exchange
We will handle per your instruction immediately.
Note: Items on clearance or promotion may not be sent back for exchange. If there is something wrong with them or they are not suitable, you may return them for a refund within the 30 day period, and make a new order to purchase different items. We do not do any exchanges for orders outside SA.

If you purchase the incorrect sizes, you will have to pay for the postage to send the new size back to you since this is not a manufacturing defect.

Please make sure you use our sizing chart to guarantee the right size.
